Dobar College demonstrated their title ambitions with a commanding 4-0 victory over Sessy College in the opening round of the Dominion FA International Interschool Competition. The impressive win was powered by goals from Adedibu Quam, Emmanuel Monday, Johnson Joseph, and Ajimishimi Kehinde.

In another notable fixture, last year’s runners-up Landmark College suffered a surprising 1-0 defeat to Balade Private School, with Ameer scoring the decisive goal. The result marks an early setback for Landmark College in their campaign to go one better than last season.
The tournament’s opening game provided plenty of excitement as Famous David starred for Bimbest College, netting twice in a 2-1 victory over Goshen College. David’s clinical double proved the difference in what was an entertaining encounter.

Tournament organizer Coach Dominion has issued a call for potential investors and sponsors to support the competition. “This tournament serves as more than just a sporting event – it’s a platform to foster positive relationships among students from different schools,” said Coach Dominion. “We’re seeking partners who share our vision of using sports to build bridges between young people.”
With the first round of matches delivering goals, upsets, and standout performances, the Dominion FA International Interschool Competition promises more exciting action in the coming rounds.
