He was complemented perfectly by Abraham, who made Busttop’s job easier with his positioning and defensive support. Abraham’s surging runs forward added another dimension, though that adventurous streak might one day prove costly.
Oshidero had a mixed day in terms of possession, but make no mistake—he remains the heartbeat of the team. Sitting in front of the backline, his presence as a defensive midfielder was crucial in holding the team’s shape and breaking up opposition plays.In goal, Clinton once again justified his place with a solid display. He deserves to keep the number one spot based on current form.
Babatunde continues to impress with his all-around ability and composure. His intelligence and calm under pressure make him a real blessing in the squad.Gavi was a revelation. His versatility stood out—slotting in as an attacking midfielder, winger, and even in a defensive role at one point. However, his best moments came when he was given license to drive forward as an attacking midfielder. Based on this performance, he should be starting matches regularly.
